*** Pool Closure Notice ***

Please note that our pool will be undergoing a refurbishment to enhance your experience and ensure it remains a luxurious space for relaxation. The pool will be closed from 13th January to 9th March 2025, as we carry out these improvements.

During this period, our spa treatments and relaxation room will still be available, offering you a tranquil retreat. Should you have any questions or wish to book a spa treatment, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back and unveiling our upgraded pool soon.

Pool Facilities

We offer guests use of our outdoor heated pool area and small indoor hydra jet pool. These facilities are open daily from dawn until dusk. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. The pool is heated to 27 degrees and whilst we make every effort to maintain this temperature, we cannot guarantee that this is consistent, due to the fact the pool remains uncovered during its opening hours. Please note that we reserve the right to close the pool at any time should essential maintenance be required. Pool use is for hotel guests and spa package guests only. The pool use is offered on a complimentary basis and includes towels and robes. The hotel spa does not have a sauna or steam room. Guest must provide their own suitable poolside footwear.

Footwear

For health and safety reasons, all spa clients are kindly asked to bring suitable footwear for poolside use, such as flip-flops.

Booking Information

Please note, all packages are subject to availability. In order to secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking via a secure email link. Changes to individual appointments are permitted, up to 24 hours in advance. Changes to group bookings are permitted up to 7 days prior. Should you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge in full for the booked treatment if we are unable to re-sell the allocated time.

All appointments will be confirmed via email, which will include essential information regarding your visit. Please be sure to read carefully in advance of your visit. Please note all treatments are subject to the availability of our trained therapists. All treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice.

Parking

As parking is limited and reserved for our overnight residents, regrettably, we are unable to offer parking for any spa guests.
