Your special day should go without a hitch. So we provide you with your very own wedding organiser. They’ll work to ensure your ideas are understood and brought to life. They’ll make helpful suggestions and bring everything together on the big day. Consultations, menu design and even the dressing room will all be carefully thought out and arranged.

Whatever your style, we can cater for you. Working with our resident chef and sommelier we’ll help create your ideal menu, whether it be an informal buffet or a three course meal. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but we’ll make it as easy as possible for you and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

The events team for Hotel du Vin were amazing. From the initial meeting with Fern, she looked after us and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted for our day. On the day, everything seemed effortless and at no point did we feel like anything was too much ask or hassle. Kate, made sure the day ran smoothly and made sure that my husband and I had absolutely nothing to stress about. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were both gorgeous and our guests have commented on how fab the food and service was! Our day was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we were beyond happy from start to finish. We felt like Fern, Kate and all of the hotel staff put us first throughout the day and they were fabulous. Also, the bridal suite was to die for! Amazing from start to finish, thank you.

We had THE most perfect wedding at Hotel Du Vin in May 2024. Abi and Fern from the events team were so helpful right from our first meeting and incredibly patient with my (many!!!) questions throughout the planning process. The venue itself is so beautiful and classy and the rooms are super versatile. The team went above and beyond to make sure we could plan our wedding just the way we wanted, for instance instead of cake we wanted to do tequila shots for all the guests which they were happy to facilitate. On the morning of the wedding it was particularly warm and Kate made sure the bridal party stayed cool with fans, iced water and anything else we asked for! Whether giving us a pep talk before we walked down the aisle, coordinating us ready for the first dance or ensuring all allergies were catered to and the drinks were flowing, the team couldn’t have done enough for us. The tables were set up just as I’d requested and the printed elements, post box and disco ball I’d provided were all set up perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel du Vin as a venue for your wedding.
