Ingredients:
- 750ml Red Wine
- 250ml Orange Juice
- 100ml Vanilla Syrup
- 50ml Cherry Syrup
- 50ml Cointreau
- Zest of One Orange
- 20 Cloves
- 4 Large Cinnamon Sticks (or 6 small)
Method:
- Start by pouring red wine into the pan.
- Add the zest of one orange and the orange juice to the pan.
- Incorporate vanilla syrup, cherry syrup, Cointreau, cloves, and cinnamon sticks into the pan.
- Gently stir the mixture over a medium heat, ensuring not to let it burn.
- Allow the concoction to cool, then strain it through a sieve into a clean bottle, ensuring a smooth and velvety finish.
